Liz Phillips (Barthlow)
1950-2011

Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Phillips was born August 1, 1950 in Houston, Texas.  She was the daughter of Pete Phillips (1921-2006) and Agnes Emogene McCormack Phillips (1930-2018).  She had four sisters and one brother.
Liz unexpectedly passed away in her sleep on December 8, 2011.  She was 61 years old. 

She was strong, independent and industrious.  Liz owned a successful advertising business.  She also had a deep interest in politics.

Liz was a devoted mother to her daughter, Anne, and her son, Michael.
She had a special bond with her grandchildren and loved being involved in her grandsons' sports and activities.  Liz also looked forward to visiting her grandchildren who lived out-of-state.

Liz was as beautiful on the inside and she was on the outside.  She had an indomitable sense of humor and she was a loyal and fierce friend. 
She is greatly missed.
